Housing
S&I Groundworks’ core business is providing infrastructure, roads & sewers, foundations and associated works to developers. Our clients range from large blue chip to medium and small private companies, with developments from 10-400 units.
Roads
At S&I Groundworks we carry out all Section 38 and Section 278 works to adoptable standards. Our dedicated workforce are trained, skilled and experienced to ensure that the journey from conception to ongoing maintenance are above and beyond what is expected by the client.
Drainage
Our dedicated team of Engineers have years of experience of installing different types of drainage systems. At S&I Groundworks we carry out all types of drainage work including adoptable, domestic, deep drainage, culverts, attenuation tanks and balancing ponds.
Foundations
Ranging from traditional strip to a complete raft S&I Groundworks has the experience to carry out all required works up to damp proof course using a highly skilled workforce and the very latest materials. With our experience we can ensure the project is completed on time.
